This is statue that is made in local factory near Medjugorje and it’s ment to be for people who are looking for little bigger statue of Our Lady for outside conditions of weather or ones that wants to make small house altar so they can say their prayer. Each statue is painted with skillful hands of master painters with airbrush after which is applied waxed covering which keeps color of statues consistent against weather conditions and it will keep state clean and nice even from rain and snow.
This statue is similar to one exposed at church of Immaculate Conception in Tihaljina ( village close to Medjugorje ).
