This miraculous medal cameo pendant is made with 18 k gold platted sterling silver 925 and blue Agate paste combined with resin glue.
Medal is made with two parts :

- Sterling silver frame with gold plating
- Blue agate Our Lady of Grace centrepiece

On sterling silver frame in front is written in French language:
” O Marie concue sans peche priez pour nous qui avons recours a vous”1830
English language :
“ O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee”.1830

Size of medal itself is 18x14 mm.

On back of medal is placed 12 stars around letter M with cross and Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Virgin Mary.
