This medal is made with sterling silver 925 and oxidized and as such it needs to be polished with simple cloth to keep it nice.
This medal does not rust and by polishing it it becomes brighter.
Front of medal has written on edge in French ( its original language ):

- O Marie concue sans peche priez pour nous qui avons recours a vous. 1830.

- O Mary conceived without sin pray for us who have recourse to thee. 1830

In middle of medal is placed Our Lady a

Back of medal has letter M with cross in middle surrounded with parallel placed 12 stars as 12 tribes of Israel and on bottom of letter M is Most Holy Heart of Jesus with Immaculate Heart of Virgin Mary

To keep this medal always as new it is good to polish it every once with clean cloth.
Size of this medal is 33 x 24 mm ( 1.3 inch x 0.95 inch )
Medal is possible to have on its own or with 20 inch- 50 cm panzer chain.
